Shiso is traditionally used in Asian cuisine. Often found with pickled ginger umeboshi, and sushi. Shiso pairs well with rice, noodles, tofu, avocado, cucumber, mushrooms, fish, ginger, soy sauce, pork and fruits!
Our Savory Blend has both mild & savory and bitter & earthy tones. Savory has a flavor profile of Sage & Thyme.
Sweet Marjoram is typically paired with meats & vegetables.It has a gentler, sweeter flavor similar to oregano & thyme.
